Thank you once again for supporting our project and your great patience.

Our team has spent all summer in China producing and testing the samples of Rinsten Spring with our new production partner, as it was very important to have our presence on the site and make sure everything is under our control.

We tested different steel grades and types of its hardening and eventually, came up with the solution to use the steel of Grade 60SI2M which is more durable. Numerous tests gave excellent results. 

Your safety and satisfaction with Rinsten Spring are our priority, although it took more time than we expected to find suitable materials and a production partner. 

We love you very much, our dearest backers, and want to provide you with the best product!

Dear backers,

Thank you for making our project a reality and your great patience in waiting to get the product in hands.

As we were posting in our comments, we spent a few weeks in China collaborating with our prospective production partners. We are very demanding on the quality of the Rinsten Spring and willing to deliver you the best of the best.

We requested to produce the prototype at a number of factories to find the best production partner and get that quality of Rinsten Spring, which we wanted to be when promised you a Lifetime Warranty. However, none of them satisfied us.

The other thing, which made us look for another production partner is a load of orders received from you.

So we had to go on and on in search of the production site with the suitable capacity to fulfill the quality and quantity requirements and eventually we did it!!!

We agree that it took much more time than we expected and caused the delay in production and shipping to your homes consequently.

Our team is still in China working hard to manage all the aspects of production according to our vision in collaboration with our new production partner. 

There is a great news for those of you who ordered LED safety cups. Finally, we got them done perfectly! Here are some pictures and video of LED safety cups prototypes. 

You will definitely love them.

We are totally focused on the production and doing our best to make the Rinsten Spring perfect for you and looking forward to sending it to you as soon as possible.

Last Call for Order Updates!

We are grateful for your support and the huge feedback, we receive every day. 

We are to inform you that the “last” chance to make final updates to your order is June, 7. 

After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. 

You will still be able to update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping fulfillment.
