We are happy to see you among our like-minded backers. Today, we are pleased to inform you of another great news!
We manufactured molds for production aluminum parts of Rinsten Spring.
In molds we produced the first serial samples of plates and Safety Caps from high-quality aluminum.
Top, mid and bottom plates will connect and securely hold your spring and saddle.
Safety Caps cover the end of the spring and protect you from sharp endings. Also, Safety Caps restrict the movement of plates and prevent the saddle from falling out.
We plan to send Rinsten Spring before the end of this year.

Rinsten bolts have external notches on the head for easy installation of the Rinsten Spring.

First of all, we highly appreciate your patience and support and we're doing our best to ship your Rinsten springs as fast as it is possible. We would like to say again how sincerely we are sorry for having kept all of you waiting.
All our team is working hard to make a perfect product for you and deliver it in the shortest time. This is a project where everyone’s passion is contributed in order to create something special, and we are looking forward to delivering the final product to you, our dearest Backers.
As you know, your safety and health are the first priorities for us. So, we keep testing
our Rinsten spring in different ways to be sure you can use it with all confidence.
On the testing stand in the lab, each spring of the testing batch was loaded with over 300 kg (660 lbs) weight and all of them successfully passed the test without any deformation!

Also we've tested Rinsten spring at the factory in the different ways. We used the same weight, over 300 kg (660 lbs), to bend the spring down to the bottom and it kept its perfect shape and position without any damage done. Great results, good job!

Dear Backers,
We will never stop to say thank you for your support and your great patience, we love you all.
We are transparent with you and continue inform you about production news.
Our work on finalizing all steps for producing aluminum spring parts were finaly approved.
We tested the material for quality from different manufacturers and went through different materials and we are happy to announce that had found aluminum better, which is 9% stronger and 4% lighter. Manufacture already works on producing aluminium parts.
Thanks of your comments you directed us to a great idea to make engraving on each mount plate.
So, each plate in a set will be engraved as: the top plate will have sign «Rinsten» , the middle plate at its sides - «Rinsten», and the bottom plate will be engraved as «Spring».
This will add aesthetics to your Rinsten spring and help you easily and quickly install it on your bicycle in the correct way.
We make all our efforts to deliver your orders as soon as possible.
And we'll keep everyone informed on the progress as we continue to work through production.
