The Rinsten Spring Production Update

Dear Friends!

In this update, we are going to share with you the processes that currently took place in our company.

The first batch is ready!

The aluminium parts of the Rinsten Spring is in manufacturing process.

The next step is painting.

Unfortunately, we faced with a unexpected problem. Just imagine, we have found a suitable factory and they sent us the samples, that samples were good and suddenly this factory was closed. The reason is that such factory didn’t pass the environmental check of their production. We were forced to look for a new one, that would meet our quality and production requirements. And fortunately we have found it! We are waiting the samples to be painted at the moment. 

Also, in parallel, the packaging is manufactured for dispatch.

We are doing everything to have time to finish the production of the party before the Chinese New Year.

In addition, we met with one of our bakers who came for tourism in our city. It was very exciting to show the first production model to someone who believed in us before production began.

Thomas then sent us his impressions, with which we proudly share with you:

“I was very impressed by the Spring, even this first version without the last improvements. I looks robust and doesn't give the impression it could break. As I couldn't try on a bike, I can only guess the comfort improvement it will make and I'm looking forward to trying in on my hard commuter bike. Especially good in my opinion are the safety caps which really look good and functional: design is refined and looks really premium,  brightness is very good and it is easy to switch the battery whenever needed. The finish of the Spring is very good and I'd be eager to see the painted versions.”

Dear Friends!

We are happy to share a good news with you.

We have selected the best steel to make our springs ideal for long-term operation. 

We have chosen the best way of applying the paint, to keep it bright as long as it possible.

In addition, we do not stop testing springs for strength. And, specially for this, we developed a press that helps us check the springs.

The load reaches 300 kilograms.

Now we are developing a new modification of springs. 

But, we'll talk about this only afterwards.

We are happy to inform you of the wonderful news! 

We conducted a lot of tests which showed perfect results and successfully completed the preparation for production. We start production of Rinsten Spring from next week! 

This is the last chance for those who want to get to Rinsten Spring in the near future. You can pre-order now and then your lucky order will get into the first batch of production. We will finish to collect pre-orders on Sunday, December 3. 

 The manufacturing plant promises to implement the entire production program for 1.5-2 months. But we will do our best to send your rewards as soon as possible!

We understand that for some, to start production seems like a very simple and quick process. Unfortunately, it's not right. Searching for reliable partners and conducting numerous tests took a very long time. 

During the test period, we encountered several problems. One of them was the propensity of metal to corrosion. To protect Rinsten Spring, we decided to zincify all springs. We want you to enjoy riding your bike with Rinsten Spring for a lot of years. Zinc-plated springs will not allow the metal to rust and will make the springs more resistant to any weather conditions.

To our regret, the bicycling season in the northern hemisphere has already finished. We really sorry for the season without Rinsten Spring.
