Dear Backers!
We are all very grateful for your support and understanding at such a difficult time for the world. We hope and wish you and your families all the best during such a difficult time.
We would like to announce that our company is in the process of restarting production. This means that we are faced with the problem of poor quality production of springs by our partners in China, as a result of which we suffered losses. The Chinese side did not undertake to make batches of material of sufficient strength, declared earlier, but simply replaced the material with a cheap and poor quality one. In this regard, many of you who have already received the spring are faced with the problem of breakage in a very short time.
Many of the springs we made were just thrown away as we cannot sell or ship them to you.
In this regard, we are at the stage of restarting our production.
We are at the final stage of negotiations with our US manufacturers. And in the next few months, we will start production and get a new high-quality version of the spring.
In the second half of the year and until the end of 2021, we plan to make dispatches to everyone who has not yet received the spring earlier.

Short update of how the things are going

Hello dear backers, we are here with some news just to show how things are going since our last update.
During this time:
- more than 70 backers supported us with an extra-shipping cost and we could send them Rinsten Spring immediately;
- we found 1 distributor and got the first order from them thanks to one of you, our backers :) We got the order of 200 Springs thanks to what we could send 67 more Springs to you;
- 82% of the fakes on eBay and 83% on Amazon were removed,
- we shipped 557 springs from the new batch, which is improved in quality (in this batch we could reduce the percentage of breaks from 2% to 0,23%). And a reminder - with Rinsten Spring you get the lifetime warranty, so we always send the new one in case of breakage.
A couple of days ago we could start selling on Amazon Europe. Thanks to that we hope to fulfill our obligations very soon to send you all the orders!
And that is not the finish, we continue sending, making people happier and yes, the things are going better thanks to you :)
